Gymnasts Get Surprise Visitor at Practice

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Alabama Gymnastics team had a surprise visitor Tuesday when Crimson Tide head football coach Nick Saban dropped by the gymnastics practice facility to congratulate Sarah Patterson and her team on their recent Southeastern Conference Championship.
Saban spoke with the gymnasts and staff at the beginning of practice, not only congratulating them, but encouraging them to continue on their journey of success as well. Saban and his team are currently in the midst of their spring training camp.
The Tide gymnastics team returns to action Saturday, April 4 when they host the NCAA Northeast Regional. Tickets are available through the Alabama Ticket Office (205.348.2262) located in Coleman Coliseum or online at RollTide.com.
