TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Alabama women's cross country team will be traveling to the Midwest this weekend to compete in the 73rd Annual OSU Jamboree being hosted by Oklahoma State University. The meet will take place Saturday at the OSU Cross Country Course in Stillwater, Okla.
The Crimson Tide will travel 10 ladies this weekend and look for Kelsey Johnson to lead the squad on the trails as she has the past two meets finishing third at both the Belmont/VU Opener and the Crimson Classic.
Also competing well for Alabama is freshman Katlyn Will who has produced back-to-back top 10 finishes in her first two meets as a collegiate athlete. Junior Haley Moody looks to have returned to her normal self after a injury-filled sophomore season posting back-to-back top 10 finishes as well.
The women will toe the line at 9:10 a.m. CT and will race on the 5,000 meter course.
