"The Lord has been really good to this program. I don't know why but I pegged this team at the beginning of the year as my special team. That doesn't mean that they were going to get a lot of wins or a lot of losses. I just felt like they could make an impact on some people's lives. We won the conference tournament and we set some personal bests with some home runs. We have great young ladies and we had 10 freshmen and 5 sophomores and I think we made a lot of head-way. We were tagged as the team that never gave up over the year."

"I can't say enough about the year and thank you to Alabama for hosting us hear and hopefully we will continue to represent the NCAA and the Southern Conference and softball in general."
