TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Alabama head women's cross country coach Randy Hasenbank led the Crimson Tide through their 10th week of practice and a weekend off from competition. The squad took a week off in preparation for the SEC Championships being held on Nov. 3.
The women had a good week of training and are getting healthy. The young team continues to get better every week and hopes to keep up the improvement through the last month of the season.
"Our young runners continue to improve weekly," Hasenbank said. "I am looking forward to watching this young team compete."
The Tide will travel to Starkville, Miss. on Nov. 3 where they will try to finish in the top half of the SEC. They have not finished in the top six at the meet since 2000 when the squad posted a fifth place finish.
