It will be the men’s first road meet of the season and the first Southeastern Conference competition for both squads.
Senior Vlad Polyakov is ranked No. 1 in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke. He is the only swimmer in the league on the men’s side to already have an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships. Sophomore distance ace Mark Randall is ranked second in the SEC in the 1650 freestyle while freshman Drew Finelli is ranked third.
On the women’s side of the slate, freshman Agustina de Giovanni is ranked No. 1 in the 200 IM, fourth in the 500 freestyle and fifth in the 100 breaststroke. Senior Victoria Genova is fifth in the 100 butterfly. The Tide’s 800 freestyle relay ranks No. 1 in the league.
