Bama Women's Basketball Set for Two Public Appearances

TUSCALOOSA – Fans of the University of Alabama women’s basketball team will have a pair of opportunities to see the 2002-03 squad this weekend as the team participates in two public appearances on Saturday.
The women’s team will be introduced and compete in a 3-point shooting contest as part of the Alabama Basketball Fan Jam event slated to run from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at Coleman Coliseum on Saturday morning.
Following fan jam the women’s squad will load up and head over to the University Quad where the group will be one of the featured teams in the Mayfield Dairy Autograph Tent. The Crimson Tide women will be a big part of the pre-game festivities before the Alabama-Ole Miss Homecoming football game.
The Alabama women’s basketball team will be autographing their new team poster from 12:45-1:30 p.m. at the Mayfield Dairy Tent as part of the Kickoff at the Quad activities.
