New floor reserved seats will be added in sections FL-C, FL-D, FL-E, FL-P, FL-Q, and FL-R for the 2025-26 season. Current Women's Basketball season ticket holders may request an upgrade into the new floor reserved seats during the season ticket renewal process. Upgrade requests will be fulfilled in Tide Totals priority points order as of the September Tide Totals calculation. If available, new floor reserved season tickets will go on sale to the public on Monday, September 22.

- Wednesday, September 3: 2026 SEC Women's Basketball Tournament ticket order period begins
- Mid-September: Floor seat changes/upgrades
- Wednesday, September 17: 2026 SEC Women's Basketball Tournament ticket order deadline
- Monday, September 22: Floor reserved season tickets on sale (subject to availability)
- Monday, October 6: Season tickets delivered via mobile delivery
- Monday, October 27: Single-game tickets on sale
Ticket Transfer/Donation
Ticket Transfer
Season Ticket Holders may transfer their tickets to another customer by logging into their account and selecting the specific events to transfer under the My Account page.

Ticket Donation
Can't attend a women's basketball game? You can electronically donate your season tickets back to Alabama Athletics. These tickets will then be donated to those fans who don't normally receive an opportunity to attend an Alabama Athletics event.

Ticket Policies
General Policies
- All sales are final at time of processing. No exceptions.
- By purchasing a ticket, ticket holder agrees to be bound by and adhere to the Alabama Athletics Ticket Terms & Conditions.
- Every attendee, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
- The University of Alabama reserves the right to change the date, opponent, and start time of any event. These changes will not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. All changes will be communicated through social media and RollTide.com.
Game Day Ticket Sales
- Ticket sales begin one (1) hour prior to tipoff at the ticket windows inside the main lobby of Coleman Coliseum.
- All game day sales are for general admission seating.
- The Alabama Athletics Ticket Office accepts all major credit/debit cards for payment. Cash and checks are no longer accepted.
Will Call Information
- Will call opens one (1) hour prior to tipoff at the ticket windows inside the main lobby of Coleman Coliseum.
- Please present a valid photo ID to retrieve your tickets.
Player Guest/High School Coaches/Recruits Ticket Information
- Player guests, high school coaches, and recruits with valid photo ID may claim their tickets in the C.M. Newton Room (accessible from the main lobby of Coleman Coliseum) beginning one (1) hour prior to tipoff.
Student Tickets
- University of Alabama students with valid ACT card receive free admission to all regular-season home games.
- Students should utilize the west entrance to Coleman Coliseum.
- Student seating is located in sections FL-J, FL-K, and FL-W.
Accessible Seating
- Patrons who require accessible seating may utilize the ADA platforms located at the top of sections B, C, E, F, I, L, and Y.
